The St. James' Episcopal School curriculum is current, interactive, interdisciplinary, and sequential, as it incorporates independent critical thinking with basic skills. Reflecting our diverse student population, our School strives for a multicultural learning environment. In addition, we maintain the academic standards of the mission statement while keeping in mind the developmental needs of children and recognizing that they learn in different ways. Our curriculum encourages a love of learning and recognizes that it is life-long.

Spring
A bee, like a fly,
So peaceful.

Like a butterfly
Flapping its wings.
So careful,
So careful.

I like bees
Because they
Buzz

An Easter Story

Once upon a time there was a bear and his friends. His friends were a fox and a turtle. Fox decided to make a party but Bear said, “We don’t have the Easter Bunny.” When Bear stopped talking, there was a voice. “A little help, everybody.” Said the Easter Bunny with Easter baskets. They helped him do his work.
