All members of the St. James’ Preschool faculty are highly educated in the field of Early Childhood Education. Our teachers have been carefully chosen for their experience and educational background; but equally for their nurturing personalities and commitment to children. An evolved sense of ethics and dedication to child advocacy are bedrock requirements for all staff.

Our teachers are encouraged to pursue continuing education in the field. Elevation in employment status is partially connected to the completion of relevant courses and attending professional conferences and workshops.
