St. James' boasts innovative technology and teaching alongside a rich history steeped in tradition. Students wait in eager anticipation as their time comes to be part of the annual projects and field trips that are woven into the framework of St. James' curriculum. Each trip – whether it's the opportunity to meet local heroes on the Kindergarten class trip to the fire station, to experience California history on the 4th grade trek to Sacramento and Coloma, to explore marine ecosystems as 5th graders on the cost of Catalina, or to set their gaze skyward on the 6th grade AstroCamp trip, each venture into the exciting and unknown leads to an educational experience teeming with possibilities.
