After School Enrichment 2016

Fall Registration Begins Monday, September 12th!

The fall session of the St. James’ After School Enrichment program will begin Monday, September 19, 2016, and continue through November 21.  This is the first of three sessions for the year.  There are several new classes offered this year!

After School Enrichment classes are offered Monday through Friday, from 3:30-4:30, with students attending their class(es) once per week. Instructors pick students up from the yard at 3:30 and escort classes to the classroom. Students should wait on the yard for their class to be called. Students, parents, and instructors should work together to insure that students attend all scheduled classes.

Kindergarten and First Grade students can use the time between dismissal and ASE to play on the yard, use the restroom, and enjoy a snack. After the class concludes at 4:30, instructors will return students to the yard, at which point they can be picked up. If a student must miss a class, please notify the ASE instructor as soon as possible. There are no refunds for missed classes.

Please register for all classes through the St. James’ Parent Portal, accessible through the St. James’ website at http://www.sjsla.org.  You will be prompted to pay online by credit or debit card. All classes have minimum requirements and some have limited space, which will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  Instructors agree to teach classes based on a minimum number of students. Your enrollment is a commitment to the class.  Instructors reserve the right to cancel classes for which there are 5 or fewer participants. We will notify you if a class has been cancelled or is full.  If your child does not get his or her class of choice, we will offer you the opportunity to choose an alternate class or receive a refund.

Registration for ASE classes will close on September 23. No cancellations, withdrawals, changes, or refunds will be processed after this date. Should you choose to enroll after this date, you will be responsible for paying the full amount, as SJS does not prorate registration fees for late enrollments.

**Please note**

For withdrawals or cancellations that occur after September 23: you will be responsible for any payment for any class(es)you have registered for (unless it is full or cancelled by SJS) even if you elect not to attend the class or the class is not what you or your child expected. We cannot make any changes to class rosters after this date.
