Spring Event 2016 • Save the Date!

We are so excited for the St. James’ Episcopal School Spring Event, coming up on Saturday, May 7!

This year, we will transform our campus into a carnival midway for grownups only, complete with fabulous games and prizes, entertainment, and (lest we forget) delectable edibles. Tickets go on sale the week of April 4. Mark your calendars now. Plenty more information is forthcoming about what to expect and what your tickets and sponsorships will support!

* * * SILENT AUCTION * * *

In order to make this year’s event a success, we need your help rounding up great auction items, prizes, and sponsorships.

You can access the silent auction donation form here. Please bring completed forms, along with the donated item, to the front office. The deadline for submissions is Friday, April 22.

Not sure exactly what to donate? Well, we have a diverse community with an eye for good food, fun trips, memorable artistic and cultural experiences, and the chance to spend quality time with one another! Our top-performing items from last year's auction are listed at the bottom of this message, if you'd like more suggestions.

Feel free to reach out to Leslie Burns (lestercoco@hotmail.com, 323-252-8015), Jina Park (jpark@plushshow.com, 213-595-4707), or Elisha Hall (elishahall78@gmail.com, 310-245-6257) with any questions regarding the event or the auction.

* * * COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS * * *

Information about community partnerships is available in this packet. If you would like to promote your business (or have a friend who might), this is a great opportunity to do so while supporting the school. Please pass this information on to anyone you think might be interested! Contact Nari Kye, Assistant Director of Advancement, at nkye@sjsla.org or at (213) 233-0133 ext. 306.
