Some guidelines on food donations below:
If you are donating to the Food Fair, please keep the following in mind:
•Please provide at least three-dozen moderate servings.
•Foods MUST NOT CONTAIN NUTS, and any other potential allergens should be listed on a card or label that can be posted with the food.
•On the day of the Food Fair, you may bring your item to drop-off, where it will be taken by volunteers, or you may bring the food to St. James' Hall at 11:00 a.m. (If food must be dropped off early, please note that there is no refrigeration available.)
•We encourage you to stick around for the fair and serve your food (or arrange for someone else to do so).
